Acrisure Mortgage, DRB Group Form Home Loan Joint Venture

Acrisure Mortgage, LLC and DRB Group announced the formation of DRB Mortgage, a joint venture aimed at delivering in-house home financing options to buyers within DRB Group's residential communities, according to a statement released Wednesday from Orlando, Florida.
Acrisure Mortgage, which ranks among the top 25 residential mortgage lenders in the United States, will bring its lending infrastructure and expertise to the partnership. The arrangement is designed to streamline the homebuying process for DRB Group customers by integrating mortgage services directly into the builder's sales ecosystem.

Joint ventures between homebuilders and mortgage lenders have become an increasingly common strategy in the residential real estate sector, allowing builders to offer a more seamless transaction experience while mortgage partners gain access to a captive pool of qualified buyers at the point of sale. The structure can reduce friction in the closing process and potentially improve loan pull-through rates for the lending partner.
Terms of the agreement, including the financial structure of the joint venture and the markets where DRB Mortgage will initially operate, were not disclosed in the announcement. DRB Group is an active homebuilder with communities across multiple regions of the United States.
